Responsible for the preparation of menus for all diet types and daily forecast for food production and assisting the clinical dietitian and diet technicians. Directly communicates with patients regarding meal preferences and diets. Provides direct quality customer service in all aspects of the job.

Required Qualifications:
* National Food Handler Card - State County City Authority upon hire.
* Washington State Food Handler Permit within 5 days of hire.
* Direct customer service experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Food service experience in health care setting.
