Our mission is to obtain the best staff and utilize state of the art, evidence-based treatment protocols, resulting in the best outcomes for our patients.The Cook's responsibilities include some of the following:* Ensures meals are ready at a specified time.* Follows types and quantities of meats, vegetables and soups prepared by reviewing planned menus.* Ability to follow therapeutic diet menus, recipes and instruct cooks helpers on the same.* Monitor and adjust heat controls, as necessary.
