About This Role:

Are you an experienced Digital Agency Manager looking to work remotely and grow your skills with a positive team? We are seeking someone with strong agency management experience who excels at client strategy, efficient operations and client facing leads.

Key Requirements:

- Immediate hiring for Q4 if a good fit long term role

- Experience in Agency Management

- Effective Budget and Team Management

- Experience in Media Buying and Operational Efficiency

- 5-10 years of Social/Meta media-buying experience (More experienced candidates are welcome)

- Eagerness to grow, learn, and put in the work

Responsibilities:

- Build, manage, and scale ad campaigns to meet or exceed campaign KPIs

- Effectively manage budgets and team resources to ensure performance and operational success

- Work closely with the onboarding team to build, maintain, troubleshoot, and scale ad campaigns

- Develop expertise in campaign-building tools, audience creation, conversion tracking, and other tools essential for results

- Spot trends, issues, and opportunities within accounts and provide data-driven recommendations

- Attend regular meetings during US business hours to ensure team coordination and success

Additional Details:

- This is a per-contract position with potential for multiple contracts
