Part-Time Digital Communications & Program Coordinator

We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, and creative individual to join our team in a rewarding part-time, weekday position. This role includes executing electronic publications, supporting our webinar program, website management, social media engagement, and providing program support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and update social media platforms.
  • Assist with website content and updates.
  • Handle electronic publications and newsletters.
  • Oversee app management and engagement.
  • Support the delivery and coordination of webinars.
  • Support and manage association programs.

Qualifications:

  • Motivated and creative with new ideas.
  • Excellent organizational & time management skills.
  • Strong writing skills.
  • Proficient in managing social media platforms.
  • Familiarity with Constant Contact, Adobe, & InDesign a plus but not required.
  • Familiarity with the veterinary profession and association work is a plus but not required.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
