Position Summary:
The Digital Content Coordinator will be responsible for developing and managing all digital content for Fedcap's Career Service programs. The role will be responsible for creating content in collaboration with program leads to increase engagement of program participants, which includes virtual workshops, special events, social media pages, and virtual marketing strategies. They will be responsible for monitoring and managing social media pages and developing an overall social media engagement plan in partnership with program leadership. This position will also develop and implement processes and structures to share and monitor content and measure performance.
