We're looking for a Digital Content Production Artist to join our team! You'll design standout content for Facebook and Google Ads, manage design requests, and work with the digital team to boost ad performance. This position will work in our Topeka offices. We believe the best work happens when we share ideas and collaborate in a team environment. If you're up for optimizing ads, diving into performance data, and staying ahead of the latest trends-all while flexing your creative muscles-this is the job for you! What you'll do:

• Develop and design digital advertising content, including artwork and ad copy for Facebook and Google Ads
• Edit and update digital content, ensuring compliance and brand alignment in collaboration with the digital team
• Collaborate with Digital Production Associates to optimize Facebook ads for improved performance and engagement
• Create multiple Facebook event ads weekly, tailored to advisor office needs
• Manage design requests through the project management system, ensuring timely delivery of assets
• Ensure all digital files meet the technical specifications for online performance, including resolution, file size, and compatibility
• Optimize media elements, such as images, banners, and graphics, for both desktop and mobile viewing
• Analyze ad performance data from Facebook and Google to identify areas for improvement and implement new strategies
• Stay current with digital media trends and best practices to enhance the quality of digital content

Experience you'll bring:

• 1-2 years of experience in graphic design, digital design, or a related field
• Proficiency with design software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, and InDesign
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Openness to receiving creative direction, adapting to feedback, and finding solutions to challenges
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• A willingness to learn, grow, and take on new creative challenges beyond day-to-day tasks

Bonus Points:

• Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Digital Media, or a related field
• Knowledge of digital design, including experience with HTML, Dreamweaver, and WordPress
