As the Digital Content Strategist you will: What you'll do:
- Develop and carry out the international digital marketing and promotional strategies
- Collaborate with central streaming team and international product managers to develop and execute full online marketing plans for a diverse roster of artists
- Coordinate and strategize on streaming marketing, digital advertising, social media and CRM campaigns for artists and projects, working closely with international digital marketing managers all over the world.
- Monitor analytics on streaming platforms, understand the consumption patterns and craft tailor made campaigns to maximize music consumption
- Collect and analyze data on customer demographics, preferences and needs to identify potential markets
- Report on findings, forecasts and track marketing and sales trends, analyzing collected data
- Work closely with domestic digital marketing counterparts to maximize U.S. online marketing plans internationally and identify opportunities for international markets
- Collaborate with internal and external production teams to create web tools, advertising assets and other tools that drive traffic, build fan engagement and artist loyalty internationally
- Work with sales teams to maximize retail promotional opportunities/support retail initiatives
- Measure the effectiveness of marketing, advertising, and communications programs and strategies
Who you are:
- Music industry experience with an emphasis in marketing
- Expert level working knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, Youtube, Twitter & Facebook
- Analytical mindset for evaluating digital campaigns and provide recommendations for future campaigns
- A general knowledge of the structure and responsibilities of a record label and its various departments
- Strong teamwork skills and communication abilities
- Creativity and willingness to think outside the box
- On top of important digital developments in the market
- Experience with local partners & social networks is a plus (e.g. Melon, Line, Joox, Anghami, JioSaavn, KKBOX, QQMusic)
- Experience with the Latin-Iberian artist & digital media landscape and proficiency in Spanish is a plus
