What You'll Do The Digital Designer will support the creation and execution of engaging and on-brand digital assets for multiple e-commerce sites and digital products. Working closely with cross-functional teams, this role is responsible for producing high-quality designs that enhance the user experience and drive customer engagement. This is a hands-on design role with opportunities to contribute to a variety of projects, from promotional campaigns to product page optimization, while learning and growing within the digital team. What You'll be Working on
  • Design Execution: Assist in creating and implementing digital assets for use across e-commerce sites, including homepage banners, landing pages, product pages, email templates, and promotional graphics. Ensure designs are visually appealing, aligned with brand guidelines, and optimized for conversion
  • Collaborative Design Work: Work closely with the Senior Digital Designer, merchandising, and marketing teams to ensure that design assets meet business objectives and timelines. Collaborate on seasonal campaigns, product launches, and other content updates
  • User Interface (UI) Design: Assist in designing user interfaces for e-commerce sites, focusing on consistency, usability, and visual appeal. Help optimize product pages, navigation, and other customer touchpoints to create a seamless shopping experience
  • Responsive & Mobile Design: Create responsive designs that ensure a consistent and optimized experience across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices. Ensure that all design elements are adapted for different screen sizes and formats
  • Support for A/B Testing: Collaborate with merchandising and marketing teams to create variations for A/B testing. Learn to incorporate data-driven insights into design adjustments to improve customer engagement and site performance
  • Asset Preparation & Management: Prepare and export design files for digital properties, ensuring proper formats, sizes, and resolutions for email, site, paid social & paid search platforms. Help manage and organize digital assets for easy access and future use
  • Prototype & Mockup Support: Assist in creating wireframes, prototypes, and mockups for new site features or promotional campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand standards and business goals
Must Haves
  • 2-3 years of experience in digital design, with a portfolio showcasing responsive web design, paid media assets, e-commerce projects, and strong visual skills. Experience in retail or fashion is a plus but not required
  • Proficiency in design tools: Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Sketch, Figma, or other design software. Basic knowledge of prototyping tools is a plus
  • Strong Design Fundamentals: Good understanding of design principles such as layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy. Ability to create clean, modern, and on-brand designs and familiarity with user-centered design principles
  • Mobile & Responsive Design: Experience designing for mobile-first environments, ensuring that designs are optimized across devices and screen sizes
  • Collaboration & Communication Skills: Comfortable working in a collaborative environment, receiving feedback, and working under the guidance of senior designers. Strong communication skills with the ability to present design ideas and revisions
  • Detail-Oriented & Organized: Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
