The Digital Enablement role at LSG is responsible for identifying and implementing Digitalization and AI use cases to enhance business operations. Therefore, the Digital Enablement Manager will work closely together with the Commercial Team and the digitalization experts in IT and Operations. This role is also responsible for driving Salesforce implementation and optimization. This position is not solely focused on IT but rather identifies business needs and translates them into digital solutions that improve efficiency, effectiveness, and customer satisfaction.

• Partner with business stakeholders and various departments at LSG to understand their needs and challenges, and identify opportunities for digital transformation. • Lead the implementation and optimization of Salesforce CRM platform to improve sales and marketing processes, enhance customer engagement, and drive revenue growth. • Identify and prioritize AI use cases across various business functions, including sales, marketing, operations, and customer service. • Collaborate with IT, master data management and developers to design and deploy AI solutions that address business needs and deliver measurable value. • Drive change management efforts to ensure successful adoption of digital solutions across the organization. • Monitor and evaluate the performance of digital initiatives, and continuously identify opportunities for improvement. • Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to inform digital strategy and roadmap.

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree preferred. • Proven experience in driving digital transformation initiatives, with a focus on AI implementation. • Experience with CRM solutions and processes (ideally Salesforce) • Strong business acumen with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. • Experience working cross-functionally with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. • Excellent project management and change management skills. • Knowledge of airline catering industry or related field is advantageous

Candidate must be located in Texas or willing to relocate. The position offers a flexible hybrid work arrangement, requiring 4 days in the office and 1 day working remotely each week, allowing for a balance of in-person collaboration and remote productivity.
