Create visual concepts and images including 2-D and 3-D video/storytelling that convey a persuasive message tothe consumer or member that leads to membership acquisition, increase in products and services per member,brand awareness, and product and service awareness. Run A/B testing that leads to increase campaignengagement, video production for educational tutorials and community events. Hybrid work available with the majority in office.
- Conceptualize and produce designs for print, video production, and digital designs across allmultimedia; including performing usability or campaign engagement test.
- Assists with creative briefs and strategies.
- Assist with analytics.
- Adheres to the corporate brand standard guidelines.
- Assists in planning and implementing the Credit Union's participation in community sponsored events.
- Performs other job related duties as assigned.
- To carry out assigned responsibilities with minimum number of errors according to established departmentstandards.
- To achieve the Credit Union's planned market share, assets, loans, and other product/service objectives.
- To assist department, provide recommendations to management, based on current research data, regardingmarket strategies and directions the credit union should take.
- To deliver planned results within budget.
- To meet the Credit Union's growth objective with respect to new sponsor groups.
- To assure communications are accurate, timely and within budget guidelines.
- To provide informed, prompt, professional and accurate service and support to all members and associates
- To maintain a dependable record of attendance and timeliness.
- Knowledge and Skills: Experience Three years to five years of similar or related experience; proven proficiency in AdobeInDesign and Photoshop Education (1) A bachelor's degree, or (2) achievement of formal certifications recognized in theindustry as equivalent to a bachelor's degree (e.g. information technology certifications inlieu of a degree).
