Our client is a growing private equity real estate firm located in Clearwater, FL looking to expand their current Marketing & Sales Analytics team! Theyre looking to bring a Digital Marketing Analyst to support driving insights, analytics, and solutions based on sales and marketing data from Salesforce. This person will be focused primarily on Quantitative Marketing including running analytics, analyzing campaigns/ads (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Analytics) and evaluating how effective they are performing (evaluating ROI), working closely with ad-agencies, providing recommendations / solutions etc. Experience with Salesforce is preferred, but they are open to any experience with a comparable CRM.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct quantitative marketing and data-driven analytics by analyzing campaign performance across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Google Analytics.
  • Assess the effectiveness of advertisements and campaigns, collaborate with ad agencies, and provide strategic recommendations and solutions.
  • Act as the primary analytics partner and trusted advisor to Sales and Marketing leadership, offering insights and actionable recommendations based on data analysis.
  • Utilize programming languages such as R, SQL, or Python to query and clean data.
  • Develop data visualizations using Business Intelligence tools like Tableau or Power BI.
  • Create and maintain consistent Sales and Marketing reports, ensuring clarity and user-friendly experiences.
  • Use data to craft compelling stories about campaign performance, trends, and business opportunities.
  • Support statistical analysis, experimental design, testing, modeling, and impact analysis.
  • Measure the ROI of both online and offline marketing campaigns, reporting on critical metrics such as leads, conversion rates, website traffic, and social media engagement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree
  • Experience in Quantitative Marketing.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
  • Strong data analysis skills with the ability to translate data into insightful stories.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and BI/data visualization tools (such as Tableau and PowerBI).
  • Strong understanding of statistics, with experience in languages like R or Python.
  • Excellent communication skills.
