What you'll be doing:

A Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth through the strategic planning and execution of online campaigns across various channels. They possess a deep understanding of digital marketing, data analytics, and conversion optimization. An ideal candidate would have a proven track record of delivering results and possess excellent communication skills to collaborate with different teams.

As a Digital Marketing Manager, you'll be responsible for driving traffic, acquiring new leads, and optimizing conversion rates for our clients. You'll have a strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including PPC, social media, and email marketing, and be able to create and manage campaigns from start to finish. You'll use data analysis to inform your decisions and continually improve campaign performance, and you'll work closely with our clients to understand their business goals and provide insights and recommendations. A day in your life might include…

• Develop and implement effective performance marketing strategies to meet business objectives.
• Analyze and optimize campaigns to improve performance and ROI.
• Manage and monitor digital advertising campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, search engines, and display networks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful campaign execution.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to continually improve campaign performance.
• Track and report on key performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for future optimization.
• Manage budgets and allocate resources to maximize campaign effectiveness.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform campaign strategy.
• Identify new opportunities for growth and expansion through performance marketing channels.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams and external partners.

4+ years of performance marketing experience in a quantitative role managing strategy and execution on social, search, or other performance-oriented channels.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
• Certification in any of the following: Facebook Blueprint, Google Ads, Google Analytics HubSpot Content, Inbound Marketing, or Hootsuite Social Marketing preferred
• Analytical, technical and data literate - able to dig into tracking and metrics to distil insights and tell compelling stories using data
• Experience serving as point of contact for multiple internal teams, vendors, tools, and systems with ability to juggle priorities of senior-level stakeholders
• Experience leveraging a collection of marketing channels and tactics (Organic, Email, Paid, Mobile, Affiliate, etc.)

In-platform execution experience setting up campaigns in Facebook ads manager, Google Ads, and Google AdWords.
