ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

The Manager will be responsible for the implementation of the digital strategy and day-to-day management of the website and distribution of content across multiple digital platforms, including:

  • Front-end development and managing of digital marketing strategy and campaigns.
  • Develops and executes on SEO strategies to enhance existing pages and consult on the development of new pages for effective and relevant keyword terms.
  • Optimize advertising campaigns across digital media (paid search, paid social, programmatic display) to ensure messaging resonates with target audiences.
  • Implement landing page optimization strategies to enhance conversion points and drive results.
  • Manage marketing attribution models to track and analyze the impact of marketing efforts on overall sales performance.
  • Oversee implementation of social media strategy, content development, distribution, and analytics.
  • Social media management, including listening, response, resolution, reporting, and analytics.
  • Measure and report digital marketing channel efforts against benchmarks for established KPIs.
  • Manage A/B testing process, including requirements gathering, documentation, test design, and measurement.
  • Management of site content while complying with strategy, brand standards, and improving usability.
  • Responsible for the overall design and functionality of specific pages and creation of individual graphic elements for both internal and external-facing websites.
  • Performs both formal and informal usability testing as required to ensure an effective user experience, including functionality in various platform types.
  • Performs writing, editing, proofreading, and user acceptance testing of digital properties.
  • Ensures websites comply with brand guidelines and standards.
  • Develop email marketing campaigns using best practices for development of copy, design, call-to-action, and placement.
  • Manages company domain names, vanity URLs, QR codes, and friendly URLs.
  • Reviews new technologies and stays current on new developments in digital marketing.
  • Collaborates with internal teams to optimize the customer experience.
  • Financial planning and budget responsibility.
  • Evaluates customer research, market conditions, and competitor data.
  • CMS experience (ideally with SiteCore, but at least a well-known CMS used at the corporate level).
  • Experienced in relationships with IT and certain IT functions: user testing, light development work, working with developers, and potentially PMO/deployment experience.
  • Acquisition marketing: Direct response, digital advertising, etc. Analyze, tweak, and regularly improve the existing five-year program.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree, with IT or digital technology experience.
  • 3+ years of combined classic marketing and/or product management experience with a proven track record as a strategic digital marketer.

Preferred Experience and Attributes:

  • Demonstrated track record in developing and executing new digital experiences from conception to implementation.
  • Demonstrated experience redesigning and improving the consumer value chain and digital experience.
  • Leadership skills and the ability to drive projects to completion.
  • In-depth analytical experience with interpretive thinking to define problems and develop innovative solutions.
  • Ability to understand technical issues and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Ability to work within multi-functional and multi-geographical teams.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with internal partners and external customers.
  • Experience with web content management software, hosting, and web management services including:
  • Performance optimization with file and image conversion and loading, ensuring files are appropriately sized for the medium.
  • Managing custom HTML and responsive page development.
  • Search Engine Optimized site development.
  • HTML/CSS/jQuery, Bootstrap Framework, Content Management Systems, SiteCore.
  • Marketing Automation Systems.
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience.
  • Adobe Creative Suite experience, including Dreamweaver, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
  • Google Analytics and GA4 expertise.
  • Office365 skills, including advanced Excel and advanced PowerPoint skills.
  • Managing ASPX and JavaScript page development with partners.
  • Familiarity with development for WCAG 2.1 Accessibility standards.
  • Experience being the owner of website development and working with a hosting provider.
