(Must be located in Eatontown, NJ, or in the surrounding areas)

As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will develop and execute high-impact digital strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement. You will lead their marketing initiatives, manage cross-platform ads, and oversee their marketing budget to maximize ROI.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 3-5+ years of experience in digital marketing
• MUST BE proficient in HubSpot
• Experience in Facebook, Google, SEO, LinkedIn, Bing Ads
• Ability to work independently // without a ton of supervision
• Experience managing a marketing budget
• BONUS: Experience with in-home services (HVAC, Electrical, Roofing) or B2B/B2C marketing
