Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager

Company: Accreditation Council for Medical Affairs (ACMA)

Location: Hybrid 2x/week in the ACMA Oradell, New Jersey office/ 3x/week work from home

Status: Full Time/Exempt

Start Date: Immediate

Compensation: Commensurate with experience (paid bi-weekly)

ACMA works to establish best practices and rigorous quality/competency standards globally to elevate patient care, collaborating with the pharmaceutical/biotech Industry, Regulators, and Academia. We serve the pharmaceutical, biotech and life sciences industry with our educational, AI and advisory products and solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Developing and implementing a marketing strategy to drive the business forward
  • Analyzing key marketing performance metrics and providing market research, forecasts, competitor analysis, campaign results and consumer trends
  • Adjusting the marketing plan in light of the above and formulating unique insights to better understand the consumer and contribute towards the overall business strategy
  • Providing Strategic oversight for the ACMA Brand & positioning in the market
  • Driving B2B & B2C revenue growth
  • Generate inbound B2B leads
  • Overseeing the management of annual marketing budgets
  • Building strong relationships with key organizations and associations relevant to ACMA business
  • Delivering an overview of all marketing activities aiming to drive awareness and sales – ranging from digital, print, media and social media to market research and direct marketing
  • Overseeing coordination with external agencies (if applicable)
  • Coordinating with conference partners
  • Coordination with media/PR
  • Providing guidance for the marketing team on work priorities, budgets, and resources
  • Conducting daily stand-up meetings with marketing team members
  • Assist with onboarding and hiring of new marketing team members
  • Assist with the development of performance metrics for marketing team members
  • Marketing and brand strategy development to raise ACMA brand reputation and recognition
  • Strategy implementation of a high-performing marketing strategy to improve business performance across on and offline channels
  • Market analysis and evaluation of marketing campaigns
  • Ensuring that marketing initiatives are effective, proactive and engaging
  • Communicating marketing goals effectively, both within the team and the wider business
  • Developing and leading a multidisciplinary team to achieve strategic goals and deliver a measurable result
  • Creating best practices and using insights to develop and implement marketing plans across the business
  • Ensuring that ACMA marketing efforts are data driven and based on best practices

Key Skills

  • Can help build and manage PPC ads (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc..)
  • Experience with HubSpot CRM & Marketing Tools
  • Experience with Heat mapping tools
  • Strong eye for detail, design, and marketing trends
  • Experience with SEO/SEM strategies
  • Experience with Affiliate & Influencer Marketing Strategies

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in marketing or a related field
  • Proven working experience in digital marketing, particularly with knowledge of the life sciences or pharmaceutical industry
  • Highly creative, self-motivated individual with experience identifying target audiences and creating engaging and informative digital campaigns
  • Highly motivated, driven, and a strong work ethic
