The Digital Marketing Specialist will be joining a high performing Agile Marketing team to support the execution of Quests Digital Marketing strategy.
The Digital Marketing Specialist participates in the implementation and administrative/governance oversight of enterprise Martech systems and processes to ensure optimal and compliant use of our tools to drive an effective, efficient, and continuously improving model for campaign execution and management of our various websites hosted on Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). Collaboration with peers on the Marketing team, as well as with cross functional colleagues, to support the execution of digital marketing tactics and campaigns by leveraging our various Martech systems such as AEM for website management, Eloqua for email deployment, and Yext for location management. The position requires the ability to drive effective collaboration between internal business partners and IT resources. This is not an IT position; it is a Marketing position.
The position reports to the Manager, Digital Marketing Strategy.
This is an office-based position in Secaucus, NJ (hybrid).
Responsibilities:
Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and Adobe Target Expertise:
- Function as a Power User of our CMS Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and our A/B testing platform Adobe Target to support sites using the platforms.
- Conduct A/B testing, and leverage analytics data on KPI performance to continuously improve template and website application designs and workflows.
- Create and manage documentation and process to ensure vendor supported edits run smoothly.
- Assist with managing user groups, configure and generate reports, and organize assets within the CMS and DAM.
- Lead new user and new feature training sessions online and in person.
Digital Marketing Support:
- Participate as an active member of the digital marketing Agile team, providing support to marketers on their digital campaign efforts.
- Liaise with the IT department by opening tickets on behalf of marketers and ensuring timely resolution of issues.
- Develop actionable recommendations based on analysis of statistics so that content owners can understand, and leverage data to continually improve their content.
- Assist with using various analytics tools to track, report, and analyze website performance, customer trends and visitor behavior.
- Create QR codes for marketing campaigns and other digital initiatives.
General Responsibilities:
- Support the Manager, Digital Marketing Strategy in the execution of Quests digital engagement strategy, including digital analytics, web publishing tools and processes, portfolio management, and alignment with customer journey development and marketing automation efforts.
- Collaborate with peers and agencies to develop and support the digital aspect of marketing campaigns.
- Participate in meetings with stakeholders and team members to provide insights and updates.
- Share feedback and insights with the manager to continuously improve processes and training programs.
Stakeholder Support and Communication:??
- Support web stakeholders by providing guidance, troubleshooting assistance, and escalating feedback as necessary.
- Monitor the digital team mailbox to identify and address any emerging issues.
- Hold office hours to assist AEM stakeholders and provide ongoing support.
- Keep the AEM training resource site up to date by creating engaging and informative training aids with the latest How to guidance on frequent content management tasks within AEM.

Qualifications:
Education Required:
Bachelors in Marketing, Business, Advertising, Communications or other related discipline.
Critical Know How and Skill Selection Criteria
- 2+ years experience in digital marketing, including web content strategy, development and management.
- Knowledge of website content management systems (CMS) required.
- Strong web analytics skills and experience required. Proven track record of turning raw data into meaningful analysis.
- Experience with web analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, and AdWords.
- Experience with A/B testing tools a plus.
- Experience with SEO best practices a plus.
- Experience with Eloqua or other marketing automation system a plus.
- Fully proficient with various software programs such as Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook.
- Must be comfortable with customer relationship management (internal and external).
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Training or teaching experience is a plus.
- Experience with developing and implementing Search Engine Optimization (SEO) strategies a plus.
- Experience working within an agile project management structure a plus.
- Pharmaceutical, healthcare, diagnostic, lab or consumer packaged goods experience a plus.
