What are we looking for? We are hiring an exceptional and passionate Digital Marketing Specialist to join our elite team. In this role, you'll play a pivotal role in maintaining our marketing operations, optimizing our online presence, and driving content creation efforts that optimize how prospects discover Apono. This role is ideal for a self-starter passionate about marketing technology and content development who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:
- Marketing Technology Management:
- Maintain and administer the marketing stack, including marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.
- Ensure integration, functionality, and reporting accuracy across platforms.
- Website Management and SEO:
- Maintain, optimize, and expand the company website to align with branding and strategic goals.
- Implement SEO best practices to drive organic traffic and improve search engine rankings.
- Content Creation and Blog Management:
- Oversee the company blog, including scheduling, formatting, and publishing.
- Collaborate with internal teams and third-party writers to ensure high-quality, engaging content.
- Author select blog posts that resonate with target audiences and reflect industry expertise.
- CRM Management:
- Oversee the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of the CRM system to support sales and marketing efforts.

End-to-End Ownership: - Take full accountability for assigned projects and tasks from initiation to completion.

Resource Management: - Effectively collaborate with third-party teams, such as SEO and design partners, to achieve marketing goals.

Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in marketing operations, website management, or digital marketing- a must
- Proficiency with marketing tools such as HubSpot, WordPress, Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Apollo- a must
- WordPress proficiency to manage a website, create pages, and create blog posts.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
- Ability to wear multiple hats and adapt quickly to the changing priorities of a startup.
- Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills.
