The Digital Platform Specialist I (Web/SEO) will focus on website content management, web analytics and search engine optimization for an expanding global company

• Manage and create structured content for corporate website using centralized content management system (CMS); setup and oversee media libraries for digital assets; create and edit pages using drag-and-drop interface, widgets and personalized content; create and edit forms; oversee submission and lead routing; monitor site architecture
• Apply website updates on a bi-weekly schedule and support the global editorial schedule, including case studies, resources, tools, and company news
• Analyze website performance using GA4, Google Search Console and other tools, provide reporting and improvement recommendations
• Provide search engine optimization reporting using dedicated SEO platform, perform platform maintenance
• Collaborate with third-party digital agency to align global SEO strategy and website development

Education Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree Marketing or related field Required

Experience Qualifications

• 2+ years Content management experience for 300+ page website

Skills and Abilities

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, OneDrive, Zoom (or similar) (Medium proficiency)
• Advanced understanding of website design and search engine optimization techniques (High proficiency)
• Google Analytics/GA4, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager (High proficiency)
• Experience preferred with Kentico, BrightEdge, and HTML coding, but not required (Medium proficiency)
• Knowledgeable in Adobe Photoshop, Asana (or similar) (Medium proficiency)
