Position Summary

Working with the Information Technology Vice President of Technology Portfolio, this role is focused on all aspects of digital technology. The incumbent will be responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and tracking of Digital projects from initiation to completion. This position works closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, engineers, designers, and stakeholders, to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

* Project Planning and Execution:

* Develops comprehensive project plans for Digital programs, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.

* Coordinates and prioritize project tasks and resources to ensure timely delivery of Digital solutions.

* Monitors project progress and performance, identifying and addressing issues related to systems integration.

* Stakeholder Management:

* Collaborates with stakeholders from acquired businesses to define Digital technology requirements and objectives.

* Communicates project updates, milestones, and risks to stakeholders on a regular basis, ensuring alignment with integration goals.

* Manages stakeholder expectations and facilitates cross-functional collaboration throughout the integration process.

* Risk Management:

* Identifies potential risks and obstacles to successful Digtial programs, developing mitigation strategies as needed.

* Proactively address integration challenges to minimize disruptions to business operations.

* Monitors and evaluate integration risks throughout the project lifecycle, adjusting plans to ensure successful outcomes.

* Quality Assurance:

* Ensures that Digital systems meet quality standards and adhere to best practices.

* Conducts thorough testing and quality assurance processes to validate system functionality and data integrity.

* Implements continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of integrated systems.

* Team Leadership:

* Leads and motivate cross-functional project teams involved in Digtial systems integration efforts.

* Delegates tasks and responsibilities effectively, ensuring team members from different business units are aligned and coordinated.

* Participates in training and other learning opportunities to expand knowledge of the company, products, sales and services and perform any other duties needed to help drive our vision, fulfill our mission, and/or abide by our core values.

* Ensures compliance with all company, state, and federal policies, regulations, and laws regarding employment and employee safety.

Education, Experience & Qualifications

The successful candidate will have a bachelor's degree in computer science or related field. Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in IT. Proven track record of successful technology delivery including managing projects related to systems integration. Experience in managing project risks and implementing mitigation strategies. Experience with CRM, ERP, Order Management, Reporting/BI systems, NetSuite a plus as well as experience or interest in environmental and/or sustainability field. Legally eligible to work in the US.
