• Short order cooking
• Prepares and serves all items per standardized recipes
• Plans food production, so that excellence, quality, temperature and appearance of food is preserved
• Keeps area clean and sanitized, filter/change fryer oil, clean flat top grill, etc.
• Also must maintain dependability and punctuality as outlined in Attendance Policy
• Wage depends on experience
• Record temps, stock menu items, ability to prepare food for groups up to 10 people, etc.

Qualifications

• Ability to understand and following instructions and communicate effectively
• Ability to understand measurements and conversions
• Ability to plan and organize work, to interpret instructions, recipes, specifications and standards
• Knowledge of kitchen equipment
