This role requires strategic planning, collaboration with department heads, and alignment of staffing schedules with operational demands.Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage staff schedules across multiple departments.
• Ensure smooth patient scheduling processes.
• Coordinate with HR, clinical teams, and operations to meet staffing needs.
• Analyze workflows and optimize scheduling efficiency.
• Resolve scheduling conflicts and address patient or staff concerns.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or a related field (preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in scheduling or operations management.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency in scheduling software and systems.
