Direct Care Support - NEEDS Center : Job Details

We are growing in Florida!The NEEDS Center is looking for Direct Care/Support Professionals! Hourly rate is $15.00 an hour. Part time and Full-time opportunities available! Locations are in Clay County and Duval County and Orange Park, FL.The NEEDS Center is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing education and support services to individuals with developmental disabilities, helping them live as independently as possible.We currently have openings for Program Specialists who will assist and support adults with developmental disabilities. Responsibilities include:

• Assisting and supporting individuals in daily routines.
• Implement clinical, educational and vocational programs.
• Observe and record data for programs established in their Individual and Behavior support plans.
• Participate with other team members to create a therapeutic environment that includes regular community membership.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent, Bachelors degree preferred.
• Experience with behavior management preferred.
• Good driving record.
• Ability to work as part of a diverse team.
