Job Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality personal care, companionship, and support to clients.
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
- Offer light housekeeping, laundry, and general homemaking support.
- Help clients with mobility, including transfers and walking assistance.
- Provide medication reminders and follow the care plan developed by our Case Coordinator.
- Offer respite care to provide family caregivers with short-term relief.
- Respond promptly and compassionately to clients' needs, including any urgent situations.

Requirements:
- Experience in caregiving, home health, or similar roles is preferred.
- Must be compassionate, patient, and reliable, with a strong desire to help others.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and child abuse clearance (when needed) as required by Pennsylvania law.
- Competency Evaluation: Must be able to pass our caregiver competency assessment and complete training to meet Pennsylvania home care requirements.
- Must have reliable transportation to clients' homes in Northeast Philadelphia.
- Able to work independently and communicate effectively with clients and management.
