Job Type Full-time Description Join Our Team as a Direct Support Professional at The Arc Western Montana! We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Direct Support Professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing support and assistance to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, helping them achieve their goals and live their lives to the fullest. This is a Monday to Friday role, with start times between 8:00 AM and 9:00 AM and end times between 3:00 PM and 4:00 PM. We are now offering a $300 sign-on bonus for successful new full-time employees! Key Responsibilities: • Assist adults with developmental disabilities with activities of daily living (ADLs). • Maintain a clean and safe environment. • Keep accurate electronic records. • Administer medications. • Prepare meals and assist with feeding. • Support community outings and client activities. • Assist with educational and skill-building activities. • Use Mandt training for behavior management. Work Schedules: • Monday-Friday, starting at either 8 or 9am and finishing at either 3 or 4pm. We can work with your availability!
