Direct Support Professional / Caregiver - Float Staff - Dungarvin : Job Details

The Direct Support Professional (DSP) / Caregiver Float provides direct care within Residential Group homes in the Eugene/ Springfield area and will provide staffing support to individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities (I/ DD). This is a full time, permanent position. This position requires a dependable candidate who is flexible in their schedule, works well independently, and has exceptional communication and decision-making skills. Float DSP's are adaptable and will have the necessary skill set to be able to work at multiple homes. What Youll Do.
