We are looking to connect with caring and compassionate employees who are committed to our mission of maintaining a safe, happy and healthy living environment for the individuals we service.We are seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSP) to join our team for full-time, part-time, every other weekend and/or PRN positions. You will assist in the daily care of individuals with developmental disabilities who have complex medical needs.Responsibilities:

• Medication Administration
• Assist clients with daily living activities
• Communicate ongoing care results and updates to relevant parties
• Collaborate with individuals being serviced and families for best care opportunities
• Maintain a safe, healthy and comfortable living environment

Shifts Available:

• 7:00 am - 3:00 pm
• 3:00 pm - 11:00 pm
• 11:00 pm - 7:00 am

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in personal/ clinical care or other related fields
• Compassionate and caring demeanor
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Medication Aide preferred (MaxCare will train onsite)
• CPR Certification preferred (MaxCare will train onsite)
