What Youll Do:Provide Hands-On Care: Assist individuals with daily activities like personal care, meal prep, and transportation, all while fostering independence. Create a Safe & Welcoming Environment: Maintain a clean, safe space that ensures comfort and support while helping individuals reach their personal goals. Mentor & Guide: Provide supervision, positive reinforcement, and guidance to help individuals achieve their aspirations. Qualifications. What You Bring to the Table:Must be at least 18 years of age or older. Passion for Helping Others. Physical stamina to stay on your feet, walk, stand, and lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
