• Work 1-1 or with a small group in the individual's home or in the community.
• Schedules may vary.
• The employee uses their own vehicle to transport individuals. Mileage reimbursement, $0.65/mile.

BENEFITS DIRECT SUPPORT PROFESSIONALS (DSP):

• $.50 PER HOUR INCREASE AFTER 6 MONTHS OF EMPLOYMENT
• ALL POSITIONS ELIGIBLE FOR MATCHING 401K
• 30 HPW OR GREATER POSITIONS OFFERED VISON NO COST, MEDICAL $10 PER PAY
• 37.5 HPW AND GREATER POSITIONS ALSO ARE OFFERED DENTAL AND LIFE INSURANCE AT NO COST
• EXCELLENT PTO AND SICK TIME BENEFITS AVAILABLE AFTER 3 MONTHS OF EMPLOYMENT

RequirementsDIRECT SUPPORT PROFESSIONAL (DSP) REQUIREMENTS

• Have a high school diploma or general education degree (GED).
• Possess and maintain a valid driver's license.
• Be 18 years of age or older.
• Obtains all clearances as required to meet regulatory compliance.
