What would you do as a Direct Support Professional (DSP)We are primarily seeking candidates to fill swing shift schedules. As a new Direct Support Professional (DSP) on swing shift, expect to engage in diverse caregiving tasks each day that promote inclusion and independence for the individuals you support. Your day will typically start in the late afternoon and end during the evening, allowing you to create an impactful connection during the hours that matter most. Responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities, providing companionship, and encouraging participation in recreational and social activities to foster a fun environment.
You will be expected to maintain an empathetic demeanor as you address the unique needs of each individual, ensuring their safety and well-being.
