Role Overview: (Evening Shift) 3:00 pm-11:00 pm To support people who live with intellectual and other developmental disabilities to acquire and/or enhance their basic living, social, educational, & employment skills with the primary goal of community integration and support to obtain competitive employment or to engage in retirement activities. (Walk-in Interviews available from Monday-Friday, 10:00 am-2:00 pm) at the Main Office at 1900 Mount Holly Road, Suite 600A, Burlington, New Jersey 08016RequirementsPre-Requisite Documents/Requirements:
- Age Requirement: 18 years or older
- Education Requirement: A high school diploma or Equivalent
- Submit Two Professional References
- A valid Driver's License is required
- Submit a drug screening per Stephen Komninos' Law (subject to random drug screening throughout employment)
- Submit a New Jersey Central Registry review.
- Submit a (MVR) Motor Vehicle Review
- Submit a (CARI) Child Abuse Registry review
- Pass criminal background Investigation review
- Submit an Annual Physical indicating (Satisfactory)
- Tuberculosis exam (by Mantoux method) or Chest X-ray resulting (Negative) free from disease in a communicable form
- Vaccination Requirements: Vaccination is required
- Submit CPR & First Aid (In-person training)
- Certification: Complete Crisis Prevention and Intervention (CPI) certification
- Complete IdentoGo Fingerprinting
