• Sign-On Bonus: $250 after 90 days!
• Flexible Shifts: Morning, evening, and overnight options. Weekend availability is a plus!

As a Direct Support Professional, you'll provide personalized support, assist with daily activities, and promote independence for individuals in their homes and communities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Help with daily living tasks such as cooking, cleaning, and errands.
• Engage participants in community activities and personal interests.
• Provide mentorship and emotional support.
• Document progress and communicate updates to the team.
• Foster a safe and encouraging environment for individuals to thrive.

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• CPR/First Aid certification (training available).
• COVID-19 vaccination or medical exemption.

• Hourly Pay: $18.00
• Benefits: Paid time off, sick leave, mileage reimbursement, and health insurance for full-time employees.
• Work-Life Balance: Part-time and full-time schedules available.
