Come join us!!!Madison/Clinton: Hour: 18.5hours Schedule: Tuesday 10:00am-7:30pm; Wednesday 10:00am-3pm; Thursday 3:30pm-7:30pm; Status: Part timePay Range: $18/hour without experience $19/hour with experience $20/hour with experience and certifications (PMT, First Aid & CPR)Responsibilities: The following duties are assigned to this position. These are not to be construed as exclusive or all-inclusive. Other duties may be required and assigned.Work with individuals on the Autism Spectrum and possibly their families:
- Encourage building skills for independence
- Encourage and assist in increasing socialization
- Encourage and assist individuals with the pursuit of vocational opportunities
- Assist and provide opportunities for individuals to participate in recreational activities
Experience and Skill Requirements:
- 2 year's experience working with individuals with Autism and/or developmental disabilities a must
- Must have some familiarity with positive behavior supports
- Must pass a variety of background checks
- Must have a CT driver's license
- Must have a registered, insured vehicle which will pass a safety inspection in order to transport individuals in the community
