Job Responsibilities Under the limited supervision of the Direct Support Manager, is responsible for the day-to-day supervision of the Direct Support Professional I and II's. 1. Responsible for the supervisory functions of the Direct Support Professional I's and II's.2. Ensures that all documentation required for the consumers Individual Support Plan have been completed and monitors the safety and care of consumers.3. Ensures Active Treatment for consumers in assigned buildings is implemented by staff. This entails monitorship programs developed by the ID Team. Monitors completion of behavior data sheets, ISP training programs, and GER (General Event Reports) to ensure all required documentation is entered into THERAP.
