Job Description :
- Direct Support Professional/Home Health Aide (DIFFERENTIAL FOR BI-LINGUAL STAFF)
- Employee will provide direct care services in a residential setting and complete assigned shift at an assigned site.
- Complete all shift assignments and tasks, complete all site documentation (ISP's, logs, etc.)
- Transport and/or assist Individuals to and from appointments, activities, and visitations. (Company vehicle provided) (requires valid driver's license).
- Must be able to pass background check.
- No more than 3 Individuals per home in a safe, clean, healthy environment.
- Job Types: SERIOUS INQUIRIES ONLY!! IMMEDIATE HIRE FOR DAYSHIFTS!! Full-time/Rotating shift
