She is passionate about continuing her education, creating art, and exploring local stores and restaurants. We are looking for someone outgoing who will respect her dignity and independence while ensuring she is heard and fostering her growth, heart, and voice. The ideal candidate will be excited to engage with her in these activities and support her journey to live life to the fullest. About Our Client This client is a vibrant and inspiring individual with a wonderful sense of humor and a passion for watching a variety of TV shows. She enjoys going out to eat, shopping, and savoring sweet treats. An artist at heart, she continues to explore her creativity with some prompting and support, and she is a strong self-advocate who communicates her wants and desires using a communication device. Living with cerebral palsy, she requires assistance with caregiving tasks to maintain her independence in her beautiful home. Be able to pass a background screening.

Assist with self-care tasks to support the client's independence.

Help with meal preparation and light cleaning.

Be willing to learn and grow as part of the team.

Candidates for this position would be individuals that are interested in a job that is diverse, intimate and always changing. Personal care and assisting with daily living skills is required. Paid training is provided. The person we support relies heavily on her team for opportunities, safety, and a partner in communication. Prior practical experience with autism, ABA ,OT, is helpful.
