Join us in our mission to enhance the lives of those who need it most, where your compassion and expertise will be valued and impactful!Part-time: 16-24 hours per weekJob Summary:Responsible for following the Person Center Service Plan (PCSP), documenting program results and communicating with their immediate supervisor about any progress, concerns, etc. Must be able to work a flexible schedule and fill in hours as needed. This position entails a high degree of accountability and consequence of error. Ability to stay in close and timely communication with others is crucial.Essential Job Functions:-Assisting clients with daily needs, such as: Grocery shopping, Running errands, participating in community activities, Personal hygiene and cares.-Working with multiple individuals a day assisting with goals like: cooking, cleaning, community integration, and coping skills.-Take clients to appointments as necessary.Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent. Thorough training will be provided during your employment to excel at this position! No previous experience required!
