We are a progressive non-profit organization with almost 200 employees and an annual operating budget of nearly $10 million.We are seeking a full-time Residential Program Trainee or Worker who will provide direct care within the Community Residential Program. This program provides residential services to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in Elk and Potter Counties. The RPW provides daily individualized care to each consumer while encouraging independence, respecting personal preferences, and ensuring their health and welfare.Various Shifts Available.EducationHigh School diploma or GEDExperienceAge 18 or older by the completion of new hire training and orientation.Ability and willingness to learn new skills involving working with adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities.Certifications & LicensesValid driver's license, good driving record, driver for 3 years, preferred.Capacity to successfully complete first aid, CPR, and medication administration coursesTRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:This position prefers an active driver's license and a DMV check that is clear.
