Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) assist individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in daily living. DSPs give these members of our community an opportunity to experience independence with some assistance. As a DSP, you will teach and assist in daily tasks that are often taken for granted such as daily hygiene, housekeeping, transportation, and conversation. Frequently, these individuals have a written support plan in place that will guide you in improving their lives. About OPG:

• Must be 18 Years of Age
• Must have a High School Diploma or GED
• Must hold a valid Indiana Driver's License
• Must have Car Insurance
• Must provide Reliable transportation
