  • Provide direct care and support to individuals with disabilities.
  • Assist with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication administration.
  • Promote independence and community integration by encouraging participation in social and recreational activities.
  • Implement individualized support plans and document progress and observations.
  • Collaborate with a team of professionals to ensure the well-being and safety of individuals in your care.
  • Attend training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge in supporting individuals with disabilities.
What You Need:
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable motor vehicle record, required
  • Clear criminal record, background checks and drug test in accordance with state requirements, required
  • Ability to convey, understand and follow spoken and written instructions in English, required
  • Strong Communication skills, basic computer skills required
  • One (1) year of experience in supporting individuals with autism and intellectual disabilities, preferred
  • Compassionate and patient nature
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
