Direct Support Staff [Group Home] - ALL POINTE CARE : Job Details

All Pointe Care, LLC provides person-centered services to families, adults, young adults, teens, and children. Services are designed to meet the individual goals and unique needs of each person or family receiving the service. All Pointe Care aims to empower families and individuals to set and reach personal goals by fostering independence and inclusion and treating others with dignity and respect.

Direct Support Staff

All Pointe Care, LLC is currently seeking per diem Direct Support Staff to provide shift coverage in group homes for adults with intellectual disabilities and therapeutic residential/transitional programs for youth and young adults. The availability of shifts varies and is determined by the needs of the programs and agencies that All Pointe Care, LLC is supporting.

All Direct Support Staff are required to have the following:

• First aid and CPR (or willingness to obtain)
• PMT (or willingness to obtain)

Additional requirements based on program type:

Adults with intellectual disabilities

• Must be a minimum of 20 years old
• Minimum of 1-year experience working with individuals with disabilities
• Currently Possess or willing to complete required DDS training
• Availability for 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift

Therapeutic/Transitional programs

• Must be a minimum of 21 years old
• Minimum of 1-year experience working with youth or families
• Availability for 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift
