SUMMARY
The Director of Asset Management is a Salaried Full Time position reporting to the Senior Director of Fleet Operations whose primary function will be to direct all asset and maintenance activities and staff throughout Standard Logistics' locations across North America. The ideal candidate will possess significant operational experience and knowledge in managing fleet operations to include: equipment procurement, leasing, maintenance, budgeting (operational and capital), fleet operations, capital planning and fleet safety.
This position is accountable for managing and leading all aspects of asset management and maintenance operations at all Standard Logistics' terminal operations. They are also accountable for setting and achieving a financial budget, strategic project execution (fleet growth) regulatory compliance, and utilization metrics. The Director of Asset Management will create a culture of teamwork, adding value through excellent service to all customers internal and external.

Consideration will be given based on geography, candidate experience, and qualifications. Annual Salary Range: 135,000-172,500. We believe our employees are our greatest resource.
