Meta seeks an experienced, highly motivated attorney to serve as Director and Associate General Counsel on the Litigation team focused on securities matters. The position will be responsible for managing Meta's securities litigation and dispute matters in the United States. This is a unique opportunity to work on novel issues in an exciting, fast-paced environment.JD with membership in at least one state bar 12+ years of legal experience, with a significant portion focused on securities matters Extensive experience with securities matters, including books and records requests, litigation demands, derivative litigation and shareholder class actions Trial and appellate experience Demonstrated experience thinking strategically to solve legal challenges Demonstrated interpersonal skills and effective communicator Experience in large technology companies
