THE CHALLENGE

Onward Energy is seeking an experienced and motivated financial professional to help lead the execution of the companys capital markets activities. The successful candidate will work closely with the VP, Capital Markets on the origination, negotiation, execution, and maintenance of Onwards financings. In addition, the Senior Manager, will work closely with Onwards M&A team to execute new financings associated with M&A activity.

THE RESPONSIBILITIES

* Lead the day-to-day execution of all aspects of project and corporate finance activities.

* Assist with the maintenance of key relationships with banks, insurance companies, tax equity investors, independent engineers and rating agencies.

* Manage the lender diligence process including (1) the creation of information memorandum, (2) the preparation of financial models, (3) the management of Q&A and data sites, and (4) the coordination of lender advisors and preparation of relevant reports (e.g., IE, insurance, and market reports).

* Work with internal and external counsels. Review debt financing and other legal agreements as applicable.

* Manage and help with the development of financial staff.

* Help VP develop and execute optimal corporate finance structures and strategies for Onward.

* Develop strong working relationship with Onwards M&A, Asset Management, Commercial, Legal and Operations Teams.

* Understand applicable incentives and structures that drive financial value

* Other duties as assigned.
