Role & Responsibilities
Location: United States, Remote
VideoAmp is looking for an experienced Director, Client Success with expertise in AdTech and TV to manage our post sale Client Success team. The Sr. Director/Director, Client Success will be focused on leading a team that supports VideoAmp's post-sale customers. Our Client Success leaders are passionate about solving customer challenges and have extensive knowledge of tech, data, TV & digital video space. They have a proven track record of exceeding client expectations and building client relationships for a high-growth AdTech organization.
* Manage and monitor ongoing client performance ensuring initiatives and insights are executed properly and according to client expectations.
* Foster relationships with clients and vendors through continued learning of VideoAmp's product offerings and key differentiators
* Build and expand the team as needed based on growth
* Assist with the onboarding and training of new hires
* Understand various levels of KPIs and formulate strategies to meet/exceed both client and team goals
* Experience empowering teams and clients to solve problems and grow customer base
* Create a strong vision of Client Service and establish best practices to drive value for our clients
* Provide thought leadership and executive escalation to promote growth initiatives
* Drive and measure value and retention metrics of clients such as volume trends, adoptions, retention/churn, and the health of the relationship
* Assist with the pre/post-sale Sales and Client Success teams and foster an environment of enthusiasm and motivation
* Partner with Client Success leaders to establish best practices for the team to provide best in class customer service and drive value for our clients
* Coach and develop direct reports into top performers in the organization and provide career development guidance
* Partner with Client Success leadership and cross-functional leaders to refine and optimize processes for greater efficiency on the team
* Foster senior-level relationships with key client contacts and inform of VideoAmp's product offerings and key differentiators
Experience/Skills
* Bachelor's degree preferred
* 10+ years previous work in relevant Account Management, Client Service or Client Success roles
* 4+ years management experience
* Previous Ad Operations experience and fluency in a programmatic media buying technology/platform a plus
* Digital advertising and/or TV specific background preferred
* Strong work ethic and autonomous initiative; desire to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
* Leadership experience within hyper-growth environments; demonstrated ability to make rapid decisions and problem-solve in a hyper-growth environment
* Experience using Salesforce and/or other key Account Management platforms (ChurnZero, Zendesk, Pendo, JIRA, etc.)
* Ability to think critically about both client needs and internal solutions

What We Offer
This position pays between $165,000- $180,000 + Commissions + Equity + Benefits. The actual compensation offer will be determined by a number of factors, including, but not limited to, applicant's qualifications, skills, and experience.
