The ST&P function is accountable for the commercial go to market development, commercial support for business development and partnering assessment, as well as alignment and support of multiple internal stakeholder group, including Zone Heads and Business Lines. The role is located at the global Diagnostics Headquarters in Tarrytown, NY, but may be remote two days per week. Regular on site presence is required for management alignment and project meetings.Your role:Provide structure and drive Commercial Business Reviews, global reporting requirements, and monitor and report on progress towards DX C-LS objectivesP roject Management of internal operational initiatives and projects, including designing and directing programs tied to DX C-LS strategic objectives and KPIsDrive project management office and special programs for the Commercial organization as needed and ensure the timely and accurate execution of global commercial strategic initiatives across geographies of the Lab Solutions businessManage content creation and collection to support external and internal presentations, meetings through management of information flow and cadence within the teamDrive dedicated markets and customer segment analysis and develop commercial best practice approaches based on internal and external data and benchmarkingSupport commercial go to market initiatives and business development projects in collaboration with Zone and Function stakeholdersBuild and maintain a network of strategic external industry partners and, if needed, management and oversight of external project partnersSupport the ST&P team's role as primary liaison to internal stakeholdersYour expertise:8+ years' experience working in a Business Operations/Excellence, Project Management or Strategy role.Healthcare industry experience required, d iagnostics industry strongly preferred.Minimum BS/BA degree in related discipline, preferably MS/MBA or PhD degree where required, or equivalent combination of education and experienceYou have a proven track record in analysis and improvement of business processes in complex matrix driven business environmentsExperience running large projects, and designing and directing programs along with strong and collaborative execution skillsIdeally, you have gained experience in the consulting industry and can refer to international working experienceRelocation may be offered for the right candidate.Who we are:We are a team of more than 71,000 highly dedicated Healthineers in more than 70 countries.
