Applynow for the position of Director, Commercial Insights.This role will report to the CommercialOperations team lead (COP) to support Customer Relationship Management (CRM) data excellence and drive businesssuccess. The COP function is accountable for theexecution of CRM data related analysis, reporting and operationalization tosupport global and zone commercial leadership and to partner and guide the zonecounterparts.The position requiresstrong experience and collaboration with global and zone stakeholders as wellas strong commercial data analysis skills.Also, the candidate shall have a proven track record of success with accomplishmentscreating, establishing, implementing, and sustaining ongoing sales datamanagement. This position is based in ahighly adaptive commercial organization and requires agility to navigate thetasks and responsibilities successfully. This position locatedat the global Diagnostics Headquarters in Tarrytown, NY, USA and a regular onsite presence is required for management alignment and project meetings. This is a Director level individual contributor role. Yourrole:Definekey levers to be used for defining budget (e.g.: coverage, win-rates, etc.)Defineand provide sales leading KPI's for commercial leadership and zones/sales teamsat all levelsDriveCRM excellence through funnel and win/loss reviews with HQ/Zone Sales Develop CRM and sales analytics for commercial planningprocesses (e.g.: MTA/MBR)andinitiatives (Sales programs and CRM data quality) as well as go-to-market development (direct and indirect saleschannels)Providesupport/leadership for assigned global CRM and commercial projects and initiatives(e.g. customer classification)Ensure that the CRM/salesanalytics tools and dashboards available, are aligned with the sales process Supporttraining of LS organization on sales analytics and derived insights (e.g. SalesExcellence Framework, installed base development, funnel data insights,win/loss analytics)Overseeand drive CRM data quality improvements in the Commercial teamsDevelopsales revenue and orders forecast modelsYour expertise:HealthcareDiagnostics experience strongly preferred7+years' experience, with at least 2 years of Sales, Finance and/or CRMexperienceBackgroundin sales, with knowledge of CRM and salesprocessCountry/Zone experiencepreferred Advancedknowledge in Excel and Power BIExperiencedwith different CRM software packages Abilityto influence others without authorityTeamwork oriented collaborative attitudeHighly organized and able tocarry multiple tasks and set priorities according to the business needsAbility to thinkcustomer centric and result driven for the overall businessHigh level of presentation andcommunication skillsExperience in workingwith multinational teams and/or different countries and cultures a plusFor thisglobal role additional language skills beside English are a benefitWho we are:We are a team of more than 71,000 highly dedicated Healthineers in more than 70countries.
