Salary Range = $99,000.00 - $121,000.00 annually depending on experience and qualifications.Position Summary:Springbrook's Director of Community Homes is a strategic and visionary leader who oversees a team of creative, insightful, compassionate, and thoughtful professionals. As the leader of one of Springbrook's largest programs, the Director of Community Homes initiates and guides the program's strategic growth in support of and in anticipation of the changing needs of each resident. The Director builds and maintains the program's budget, analyzes program data as it applies to policy and procedure, supports employee engagement initiatives, and guides the program's approach to family relations. The Director of Community Homes leads professionals who facilitate change, mentor, and provide meaningful choice for hundreds of people who chose to make a Springbrook home their home.Principle Duties and Responsibilities:• Departmental Leadership and Vision• Strategic analysis of metrics that formulate recommendations, planning and decision making• Metrics analysis and ensuring that relevant data is distributed organizationally and reporting systems are in place• Review, analyze and revise department processes/procedures• Maintain communication with the certifying agencies and ensure that all regulations are upheld. Formation and implementation of plans of corrective action.• Develop strong relationships with and knowledge of individuals service the program.• Cultivate productive working relationships with families• OPWDD, DOH, regional office relationship management• Identify industry trends and relevance to program• Work with the Finance Department in managing budget and advising on up-to-date information regarding funds.• Promote agency culture and employee engagement• Lead agency initiatives• Represent Springbrook at various external meetings, committees and/or focus groups.Qualifications, Skills and Knowledge Requirements:• Bachelor's Degree in Special Education, Human Services, or related degree, and/or related experience required. Master's Degree preferred.• 5-6 years of leadership and supervisory experience required. Working in a clinical setting with adults preferred.• Duties require excellent professional verbal and written communication skills.• Must have the ability to develop programs and train employees.• Must live in Springbrook's 14 county service area.• Ability to work cooperatively with other agencies.• Proficiency in or knowledge of using a variety of computer software and e-mail applications.• Must be able to lift 50 lbs. independently and assist in lifting weights exceeding 50 lbs.• Meet the requirements to drive Springbrook vehicles as required.Springbrook is an equal opportunity employer.
