- Lead and mentor direct reports, fostering growth and collaboration across the team.
- Manage workload distribution and supervise mid- and junior-level producers on projects of varying complexity.Production Expertise:
- Produce content across formats, including digital, live broadcast, and static, ensuring high quality.
- Define project requirements, estimate budgets, and create schedules in collaboration with Account Management and Creative teams.Operational Management:
- Monitor deliverables, vendor relationships, and production documentation, maintaining transparency and efficiency.
- Manage contract negotiations, insurance, and compliance with legal guidelines.
- All other duties as assigned.HERE'S WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR (QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS)
- 10+ years of content production experience, preferably in an agency environment.
- Comprehensive knowledge of SAG/non-union rules, budgets, and production timelines.
- Ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards.BUSINESS SKILLS
- Strong financial acumen, with experience in managing budgets and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
- Ability to balance creative vision with operational efficiency to meet business goals.
- Proven track record in negotiating contracts and managing vendor relationships.
- Capacity to forecast and plan resources effectively to meet project demands.SALARY RANGEThe salary range for this position is $120,000 to $150,000.
