OverviewDirector of Continuous Quality & Improvement, (CQI)The Salvation Army of the Syracuse AreaFull-Time, Exempt Status, $65,000 w/BenefitsDirector of CQI: This is a newly updated version of a position that we placed on hold and have now reactivated and actively recruiting. The Director of CQI is responsible for developing and implementing a continuous quality improvement system that ensures organizational excellence and supports future growth. The position will also oversee compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements. Responsible for coordination of agency training programs.
