With our intent to intensify our M&A Strategy, we are currently seeking a Director of Corporate Development to help us acquire larger gaming companies that are dislocated in value and drive alpha by structuring these assets to unlock value.

Your Future At Tilting Point

As the Director of Corporate Development you will support Tilting Point's M&A strategy, playing a key role in sourcing, evaluating, and executing transactions. Reporting to the VP of Corporate Development, you will be responsible for leading deal execution, including due diligence, financial modeling, valuation, and supporting transaction structuring. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in investment banking, corporate development, or private equity, with a focus on the gaming and technology sectors.

  • Support the M&A process end-to-end, including target identification, due diligence, financial modeling, valuation analysis, and deal structuring.
  • Perform financial modeling, valuation analysis, and investment thesis development to evaluate potential M&A targets.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders across finance, legal, and operations to assess and execute deals efficiently.
  • Conduct market research to identify new trends, acquisition opportunities, and competitive landscapes within gaming and technology.
  • Collaborate with operational teams to support post-merger integration planning and execution.
  • Build relationships with potential partners, advisors, and investors to help source and evaluate new opportunities.

This position reports to the VP, Corporate Development and works closely with the BD function and global network of partners.

Skills And Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in M&A, investment banking, private equity, or corporate development.
  • Strong deal execution experience, with a focus on financial modeling, valuation, and structuring of transactions.
  • Experience working on cross-border transactions is a plus.
  • Strong negotiation and financial analysis skills with proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and drive projects to completion in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field; Master's preferred.

Location: this position is available nationwide in the United States.
